Pathway 1

Invitation or solicitation from a USC procurement buyer or a department. USC does not accept unsolicited proposals and approves suppliers based upon USC procurement guidelines and policies established through the division of USC Business Services. Once approved, Business Services provides a number of resources to support USC’s active suppliers such as inclusion in our electronic marketplace, contract management and payment processing.

Pathway 2

Register your interest via the USC Supplier Interest Form to be connected to potential opportunities across USC departments and participate in programs targeted to business visibility and supplier development.

To register, use the link below to apply to be added to the OBO Supplier Interest Database.

Please note, registering your interest via the USC Diverse Supplier Interest Form does not guarantee a USC contract, or that you will become an approved vendor. Additional information may be requested to help review your business in accordance with our standards for product and service excellence, competitive pricing, sustainability, and patient safety.

Next Steps

The OBO team will contact eligible businesses that apply to the USC Supplier Interest Form.  We will share your information with appropriate USC business units and include you in our database of potential suppliers. This will allow us to consider your business for future opportunities, education, and programs.

Certification Requirements

Verification of a supplier’s diverse certification status (MBE; WBE; DVBE; WOSB; 8a; VOSB) is required to ensure university spending contributes to USC’s diverse supplier fiscal goals. During the USC supplier approval process, you will be asked to submit certification information. Self-certification of diverse supplier status is no longer accepted. If you are not currently a certified business, you can use the resources below to see what is required.
